This dream villa in white look with pool, exclusive sea view and a year-round sunset is located on the west coast of Ibiza in the urbanisation "Calo d'en Real", a quiet area right next to Cala Vadella.

The most beautiful beaches of Ibiza are only a few kilometres away (Cala Vadella 2 km, Cala Moli 3,5 km, Cala Tarida 4,5 km, Cala Carbo 9 km, Cala Conte 10 km, Cala Bassa 11 km, Cala d'Hort 11 km). The nearest supermarket is just 1 km away, the nearest town of Sant Josep is 8.5 km away, the airport is 18 km away and Ibiza Town is 22 km away. The villa was completely modernised and renovated in 2021/2022.

There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with open fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room with open fireplace, as well as three outdoor terraces on three levels, a private pool (4.4 x 2.7 m) with massage jets and shower in the garden and a shower on the roof terrace. There is air conditioning in all rooms, which can also be used for heating.

Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size double bed (1.80 x 2 m), wardrobe and Smart TV, as well as a bathroom with shower, WC, towel radiator, mirror cabinet and hairdryer.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms overlooking the pool, which are connected by an intermediate door and have their own access to the outdoor terrace and pool in the garden. The fully equipped (for 8 persons) white high gloss kitchen with central cooking island and counter with 2 bar stools, which opens through the 3 panoramic sliding doors to the pool deck and lounge terrace, is also on the ground floor. It is equipped with a side-by-side, door-in-door refrigerator with integrated freezer section and ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso/filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and a pantry. In the adjoining dining room with open wood fireplace, the extendable dining table seats up to 8 people.

Upstairs, you will wake up to an impressive sea view through the panoramic window in the master bedroom and have direct access to a 12m² terrace furnished with a rattan seating area. Also on this floor is the living room, which also offers beautiful sea views. Here you will find a feel-good sofa (3.15 x 2 m), into which a full-size bed (1.40 x 2 m ) is integrated, thus providing space for two more people. It also has a TV armchair, a Smart TV, a work table and an open wood fireplace.

The roof terrace (90 m²), which can be reached via the living room, is designed as a chill-out area in white look and offers a 180 degree panoramic sea view. From here you can enjoy the indescribably beautiful sunset all year round. It is equipped with a lounge that can also be used as a sun lounger and two further sun loungers for 4 people. A shower and various illuminated objects round off the feel-good experience.

In the flowering garden with palm trees, there is a terrace (approx. 30 m²), which lies directly by the pool (4.4 x 2.7 m) and is equipped with a rattan seating group for 8 people, an extendable dining table and a Weber gas barbecue. Above this is another wooden terrace with sea view (30 m²) for sunbathing with 6 sun loungers and a small Aperol rattan lounge from which you can enjoy the sea view. In the garden there is sun all day, if necessary a large juniper tree and a parasol provide shade. The property is completely fenced with a typical Ibicencan quarry stone wall and equipped with an alarm system, thus offering a high degree of privacy and security.
