As we arrive to Aguas Blancas, one of the most beautiful places in the north of the island surrounded by fruit and pine trees. Near to this small road you will find this villa of 300m2 built on a plot of 15,000m2. A completely fenced house that has a big entrance with capacity for several cars.
This simple house is at only 10 minutes’ walk from Aguas Blancas and at 15 minutes to Es Figueral.
Main floor:
The house has a living room with fireplace and TV (only Spanish channels), dining room with a table for 8 people. Access to a terrace with sofas and table.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric heater, table..etc.
2 double bedrooms with two single beds each of 90x180.
Bathroom with bathtub.
Upper Floor:
Master bedroom with double bed 2x2, en suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace with hammocks.
