Quiet, traditional house with 4 thousand meters of fenced land located 1.4 kms from the coves of Pou des Lleo and Cala Boix, as well as its restaurants, Hostal de Pou de Lleo and Can Salvado in Pou des lleo and Sárribada and La Noria in Cala Boix, all of them known and specialized in Bullit de Peix (fish stew) rice and fish. Es Figueral is a sandy beach 4 kms. away and a little further, the beach of Cala Llenya.
The house has a large outside area with sea views, with a large 8 x 4 meter swimming pool and sun loungers and parasol area. Dining area on the terrace overlooking the sea for al fresco dining, full kitchen and large living room with wifi and Tv and air conditioning. It has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub, and air conditioning with access to the terrace and two double bedrooms with twin beds with a common bathroom with bathtub.
