The second house, at the top of the property, cannot be rented separately and is available for larger groups. It also includes four double bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom. Two of these rooms have garden views and the other two have sea views. The indoor offering is completed with a living room, also with sea views, and a kitchenette, ideal for breakfasts, coffee or refreshments. Outside, a large terrace stands out. It includes a beautiful dining table that can seat sixteen people, as well as an Argentine style grill-barbecue area. Slightly above and also commanding impressive sea views, as well as views of the First House´s garden rooftop. This home is smaller but in terms of its bedrooms, it can accommodate eight guests with equal levels of comfort and luxury. It is the perfect complement to the First House. Its semi-covered terrace is ideal for meals involving the entire family and friends. The dining table is almost 5 meters long and made of 5 inch thick recycled teak wood.
