Casa Ibicenco is a beautiful renovated farmhouse located in the Morna Valley in the stunning North of Ibiza.
It is nestled in the campo at the end of its own drive in a peaceful location yet only 5 minutes drive away from the charming and authentic village of San Carlos.
The pretty village of San Carlos retains the magical charm of the true Ibiza spirit and is the gateway to lots of the amazing beaches and coves in the North of the island.
It is home to the famous Bar Anitas, the hippy market of Las Dallias and lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, church and a fantastic play park for the kids.
Cala San Vincent, Aguas Blancas, Es Figuerel, Pou Des lleo, Cala Boix, Cala Mastela, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and all the beaches surrounding Santa Eulalia can all easily be reached within 10 minutes drive of the property.
The finca is an original Casa Payasa and incorporates beautiful architecture typical to this part of the island.
It has been lovingly restored by its owners and currently offers 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 331m2 of property.
The pool and terrace areas have recently been updated in 2021 to offer a wonderfully relaxing experience with 8 large sun loungers/beds, an undercover dining area and various chill out areas in which to relax.
The spacious kitchen has also been updated for 2021 using micro cement finishes which add a striking contrast to the old Sabina beams used in the ceiling.
There is a Smeg range cooker, a large Liebherr Side by side bio fresh fridge/freezer (bio fresh keeps fruit and vegetable fresh up to 3 times longer).
A wooden indoor dining table for 8 people is also in the kitchen that is flooded with natural light through the sky lights in the ceiling.
The 3 bathrooms, 1 with very large bathtub, have been updated for 2021 using a micro cement finish, brushed bronze and gold accessories and a selection of onyx, marble and stone sinks.
The 4 double bedrooms are spacious and all have AC.
The beds and mattresses all are new for 2021 and are furnished with soft linens to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The living room is a generous size with 2 large linen sofas. It has a Smart TV with Netflix, Sky Movies/sports available in all languages.
There is an upstairs outdoor terrace/chill out area with far reaching sea views.
The architecture of the house is very typically Ibicencan with the 6 stone arches at the front of the house. Striking pink bougainvillea covers the facade.
There is fast speed internet throughout the house.
It has a pretty garden with orange, lemon and apricot trees, lavender, rosemary and birds of paradise plants.
