The main house features the living area, kitchen, dining area and two bedrooms; the courtyard, which is part of the living area across from the kitchen/dining area, has two double bedrooms; and from the covered terrace, steps lead down to the garden where there are two further guest bedrooms.

The living room features a sunken seating area by a fireplace and terracotta tiled floors. A further seating area has a TV with UK satellite and a B&O sound system. Floor to ceiling sliding windows create a feeling of outdoor living offering incredible sea views.
The courtyard has several seating areas, some shaded, and overlooks the garden with orange trees, lavender and an ornamental fountain.
