Can Salvador is a grand six bedroom villa perfectly placed for convenience, privacy and elevated majestic views. The modern luxury villa is situated in a highly sought after location, with sweeping sea views stretching to Formentera. This substantial high-quality villa features expansive open living and a large 14m x 8m saltwater infinity pool. On the ground floor there is a large living space with an open-planned kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwashers, five plate gas cook top oven with grill and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer. Adjacent to the living areas are three bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms), a small office and a playroom.
On the first floor, the master and two double bedrooms are located. The 82 m2 master bedroom with ensuite, dressing room/office and enjoys a large private terrace enjoying the wonderful views. There are two additional double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.
Extensive glazing means the lounge area communicates naturally with the outdoor area and benefits from excellent quality of natural light at all time of the day.
