Villa Gina is a spacious and privileged villa located in the heart of the countryside, peaceful and tranquil. It is just a short distance from the bohemian village of San Juan, famous for its hippy market, located in the town square every Sunday, and close by to some of the most spectacular beaches of the North, including Portinatx, Cala Xarraca, and the stunning Benirrás beach known worldwide for its unforgettable sunsets.
This contemporary chic home is set over two floors affording space and privacy for all guests. On the ground floor, indoor spaces offer large windows,with an 80m2 living area that opens to both sides of the building and a fully equipped kitchen. All areas have access to the beautiful grounds. In this floor, we find 4 bedrooms with a large terrace and views of the countryside. Two of them are en-suite, and the other two are sharing a bathroom.
The master bedroom is found on the first floor, with a resplendent bathroom complete with a hydromassage bath, a large dressing room and an outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the pool and the rest of the property. We also find a second suite in this first floor, completely furnished, offering the same comfort and style as the rest of the property.
The 80m2 guest house is found on one side of the magnificent garden. It offers two double suites and it’s own living area with mini-fridge and coffee machine.

- Continental breakfast service with private chef and assistant, Monday to Saturday from 09:00 hrs to 10:30 hrs
- Cleaning service Monday to Saturday, 2 housekeepers x 3 hrs. Towels changed every 2 days, bed linen change once per week
- Gardening service Monday to Saturday
- Pool and Jacuzzi cleaning once per week
