Luxury villa located in San Rafael, a strategic and highly sought after area, just minutes from the city of Ibiza, with stunning views of the sea, Formentera and Dalt Vila.
The property is surrounded by a magnificent garden of 4000 m2 with swimming pool.
The space
The structure has been completely restored and is divided into 3 areas, the main house with a separate living unit on the bottom floor and an en-suite annex, a total of about 400 m2 of living spaces. The property can accommodate up to 10 people and consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
The main house has two large living rooms, one with a dining room, fireplace and TV, a modern kitchen and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The kitchen leads to the laundry area.
On the lower level, there is a separate living unit that consists of 2 bedrooms (separated with sliding doors) and a bathroom- ideal for a couple or nanny & kids.
On the other side of the pool, there is a spacious one-bedroom annex with a private bathroom.
The property is tastefully decorated with a mix of traditional and modern furniture with a strong Italian influence and a lot of decorative pieces of famous artists.
The exterior of the villa has a variety of relaxation areas, a beautiful swimming pool with sun and shade area, a barbecue area with al-fresco dining and ample car parking (for 3-4 cars).
The price includes cleaning 4 hours a day, six days a week.
