A Large six bedroom villa situated in the country side but only a short distance from Santa Eulalia
When you arrive at the villa you enter via electric gates, there is covered parking for two cars but ample parking for up to 10 cars, the grounds are fully fenced for privacy and security.
Upon entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan lounge and dinning area with double height ceilings, there is also a small play area for children, on this floor there are also 5 bedrooms, one bedroom have an ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms have a Juliet bathroom which they share, the other two bedrooms share another bathroom.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom suite, with walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, there is a small balcony over looking the grounds and distance sea views, you will also find access to the two large roof terraces.
At the back on the villa there is an outside kitchen and BBQ with a covered dinning table and ping pong table
The front of the house there is a small covered terrace which wraps around the house with dinning and lounge areas, you can also access the grounds which are mainly lawn covered with children's play area, this leads to the large swimming pool area with sun-loungers and Bali bed.
