Featuring five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a 12×6 meters swimming pool enjoying beautiful sunsets. This rustic property has a very nice outdoor kitchen with barbecue and large roofed pool house.
The south section with two connecting double bedrooms (perfect for families) features a natural stone plunge pool with roofed lounge terrace and a beautiful outdoor shower and bathroom. The property also enjoys a large garden with many hide-away spots.
The finca is a 300 year old and has been restored in a Moorish style. The stone walls and the original wooden sabina ceilings appear to be the decor from a fairytale.
The interior is an eclectic mix of oriental furniture with modern design. All bedrooms are situated around a Moroccan patio with mosaic tiles and a fountain in the middle. The living room has doors that lead onto a roofed outdoor living with comfortable sofas. There are five double bedroom and they all have four-poster beds with mosquito nets. The twin bedroom has two royal size beds with big mosquito nets
At the pool area you will find shaded spots, created by olive and palm trees and various sun terraces. The pool house has an extra kitchen and stone table for 12 persons, ideal for long dinners at home.
This charming finca is located in the un spoilt north of the island only minutes away from the famous village of San Juan. Here you can find the hotel The Giri Residence with garden restaurant, cafe and spa. Not far down the Sant Joan road you will find other great restaurants like the fashionable Bambuddha Grove and La Paloma with gardens and cocktail-bars. Ibiza Town is about 25 minutes drive from the finca.
